DrinuAI is the smart assistant inside Tenant Check Malta. It helps landlords and tenants find information faster, understand how the platform works, and stay informed when new tenant reviews are added.
Main feature
DrinuAI Watchlist
Search for a tenant and, if no review is found, you can save the name to your DrinuAI Watchlist. If a matching review is added in the future, DrinuAI will alert you.
Example: You search for a tenant today and find no result. Instead of checking again manually, you add the name to your Watchlist. If another landlord posts a matching review later, you’ll be notified.
How it works
From search to smart alert
Search a tenant name
Start typing the tenant's name, even if the spelling is partial or approximate.
Check matching reviews
If matching reviews exist, they will appear on the reviews page.
Save to Watchlist
If no review is found, save the name and DrinuAI will notify you if one appears later.
